You will learn simple identify the meditative mind, classic Ujjayi breathing, Pranayama's vibrant effect on your body, mind and heart and more. We will lay the ground for a thorough practical understanding and application of these transformational principles with the intend to amplify the positive effects you experience in your asana practice.
