In this workshop Tim helps you tune into the subtler aspect of your yoga practice. Classic Yoga practice builds on the subtle connections between the way we move on the mat, how we breath and the state of mind we apply. This class  teaches you practical tools to find a strong body, a healthy mind and a soothing breath, setting us up to experience the full spectrum of benefits offered in Yoga. In a gentle manner, this class introduces you to the subtle yet foundational principles of the challenging Intermediate Series, also called "Nadi Shodana”. All levels welcome.

Come take a dive into the underlying power of your yoga practice. Ashtanga’s four essential limbs Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana - yogic breath, sense management, concentration and meditation - roots us deeper into our asana practice, offers powerful insights as well as deep healing and health benefits. You will learn simple identify the meditative mind, classic Ujjayi breathing, Pranayama's vibrant effect on your body, mind and heart and more. We will lay the ground for a thorough practical understanding and application of these transformational principles with the intend to amplify the positive effects you experience in your asana practice. All levels welcome.

We continue where we left off yesterday, focussing on gateway principles to connect your internal with your external. Taking Part I is recommended, though not required. We will further anchor yesterdays learning and begin to apply your discoveries to the golden principle of Tristhana - Ashtanga Three Pillars - as well as light inquiries into how to apply the subtle connections into physical asana. All levels welcome.
