Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga, a system of healing from India that is five thousand years old. It considers the whole person, body and mind and spirit together. In this session you will learn the three constitutional principles, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and discover your own unique makeup. From there we look at how to bring your daily routine, your food, and the season you are in back into balance with your nature. These are small, practical shifts that lift your energy and your sense of wellbeing, and you can start them the same day.
INDIVIDUAL SESSION ONLY
Mysore is the traditional method of learning Ashtanga Yoga through an individualized, teacher-guided self-practice. Students practice at their own pace while receiving personalized instruction, hands-on assistance, and one-on-one guidance within the group setting. This approach allows practitioners to develop a deeper understanding of the sequence while building consistency, independence, and confidence in their practice. Students should be familiar with the Ashtanga Primary Series through at least the standing postures in order to get the most out of the Mysore experience. Harmony will provide individualized support appropriate to your level and experience.
INDIVIDUAL SESSION ONLY
Pranayama is the expansion of the vital life energy within. Reaching into this fourth limb deepens concentration and steadies the mind, and it is far more accessible than most people expect. Drawing on the Hatha Pradipika, we learn about the kriyas, the cleansing practices that prepare the body for subtle work, and a few foundational breathing techniques you can begin at home. This is a calm, grounded session that sends you off with a practice you can actually keep. No experience needed.

This is the deepest energetic work. An advanced breathwork and Spinal Energetics session that opens the energetic field. Using active breathing, sound, and light-touch shamanic energy work, we move past the thinking mind into an expanded state where real change becomes possible. As the breath builds, the body starts to release what it has been holding, old tension, old stories, the patterns that quietly keep you small. Whatever surfaces is met with care and integrated within a shared group experience. You'll leave lighter, clearer, and with a felt sense of what is actually possible for your life and your practice. No experience needed, only a willingness to open up to new possibilities, breathe, and let go.
